Kenny, love your show, and obviously been a fan of your drumming for decades (“love and happiness” groove from “whenever we wanted” is the first thing that came to mind when trying to recall your endless great parts). Have you ever done a fitness interview or “podcast” episode? Maybe you could consider doing a show about your own fitness, and maybe other musicians you know who are also dedicated to making fitness part of their life. Big fan 🥁 💥 ✌️

I saw Sammy for the first time in 07,and before that, outside of VH i never thought much about him. That day in Gillette stadium, he changed my thoughts on the man. He put on the best show out of anyone in the 4 artist lineup including the head liner. Leanne Rhimes and Sammy, killed it all that day. The more i have seen of Sammy since he brings raises up my level of respect further, every time.

I’m 57 years old and I used to watch HeeHaw it didn’t influence me to want tele but when Van Halen came out in 1978. I’ve always liked the super Strat look.
