From 'BARRACUDA' to 'RULER OF THE NIGHT' - Ann Wilson Is Unrivaled As A Songwriter
Hey, it's a secret!
Love these. Thanks for sharing your insights into these huge hits
Make a grown man cry
6:45 song? It’s so beautiful
Didn’t want this one to end…❤
Arthur, Thanks for checking out my podcast.. : )
Wow loved this !
average drummer at best-loose the sunglasses and play
Still hot
Love to you Kenny! I've probable listened to young guns album a thousand times, beck, jbj, wow... But... Those thousand times, that addiction, was ignited because of your drums lines! And I'm a guitar player. THANK YOU!
I saw that Kenny was interviewing Lukather and tapped the icon immediately. 😂🤘
Worth watching for the hair- or not- the shades -can they see? It ain’t bright- and the laughs. Wish these old dudes had pulled out an instrument. Even a kazoo, preferably an axe or two. Clap 👏 clap😅
Music business..$$$..has nothing to do with music
Can we take a moment to appreciate Kashmir played in standard tuning. Unbelievable scenes.
you could read the alphabet =)
Thanks for checking out my podcast : )
Staple singers & Marty Stuart is on the album Kenny is trying to reference & Chet Atkins played the Glen Campbell tune Southern nights with Allen Toussaint. That’s one of my all time favorite records .
yesssssssssss.. : )
One of the best interviews I've watched! He's a great guitar player and songwriter.
Hey Greg.. Thanks for checking out my podcast.. and I agree,
@KennyAronoffOfficial The fact alone, that Kenny Aronoff, one of the greatest drummers of all time, said my name leaves me in aww! You just don't know dude! I'm totally star stuck! Thank you for all the great music and inspiration you have given to me! You are the king of time keeping!
@@GregDavidson-si8kt You Rock.. Thanks. : )
He looks like will farrow in zoolander
Thanks for checking out my podcast..
Kenny, love your show, and obviously been a fan of your drumming for decades (“love and happiness” groove from “whenever we wanted” is the first thing that came to mind when trying to recall your endless great parts). Have you ever done a fitness interview or “podcast” episode? Maybe you could consider doing a show about your own fitness, and maybe other musicians you know who are also dedicated to making fitness part of their life. Big fan 🥁 💥 ✌️
Thanks for your comments and checking out my podcast.. : )
His thirst for learning (and of course his playing) is such an inspiration.
John five isnt your normal shredder virtuoso. I always loved his unique style
Patrick.. Thanks for checking out my podcast.. John 5 is a badass.
I saw Kenny do drum clinic in guitar center in GA a few weeks back - he was amazing !! Great job !!
Thanks for checking out my podcast.. : )
Hey Bill...J.P. Gaster, Clutch is my favorite drummer. Ever heard him? He went to the church of Bill Ward. You rock and you're funny as Hell. Before it's all said an done, your face will be on the Mount Rushmore of standup comedians. Maybe you can add Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to your many achievements. You could fly to the ceremony in your fancy helicopter and stun the industry. God love ya!
Thanks for checking out my podcast..Bill Burr Rocks.. : )
What a cool story!
Hey Danny Thanks for checking out my podcast..
Legends gathering
Thnaks for checking out my podcast. : )
Lol love this interview. "I didn't know you had a grandma" .."well everybody's got a Grandma man". Lol
That was great. Love Paul. Watched him on every single Letterman show, NBC & CBS, plus SNL and I've read his highly entertaining biography. He's played with EVERYONE. Plus, he's a fellow Canadian. Thanks for this.
I could listen to you crazy kids geeking about your rock and roll music all day. So groovy, jive even… darn near bitchin! 😮😬👊🏻👊🏻
lol Thanks for your comments and checking out my podcast.
Why does John credit Mick Ronson with coming up with chorus part and making the song a hit? He tells the story of Mick saying Hey Johnny how about putting baby rattles on there? Is this a true story?
Barry, That's only part of the story.. : )
@@KennyAronoffOfficial I wasn't doubting your story. I just always heard the other story. Love your channel.
I saw Sammy for the first time in 07,and before that, outside of VH i never thought much about him. That day in Gillette stadium, he changed my thoughts on the man. He put on the best show out of anyone in the 4 artist lineup including the head liner. Leanne Rhimes and Sammy, killed it all that day. The more i have seen of Sammy since he brings raises up my level of respect further, every time.
Yessss Sammy is a badass on so many levels.. Thanks for checking out my podcast.
@@KennyAronoffOfficial Thanks for the podcast Kenny!
I’m 57 years old and I used to watch HeeHaw it didn’t influence me to want tele but when Van Halen came out in 1978. I’ve always liked the super Strat look.
Thanks for checking out my podcast.. : )

@@Humwewe : ) fantastic
Steve Wozniak was the genius behind Apple, not Steve Jobs. Jobs was the asshole behind Apple.
Just say it Mick Mars wrote great riffs with a lot of groove!! Give him credit st least!! I mean we know but you could say it!
Thanks for checking out my podcast Terry.
Why are they both wearing dark glasses indoors?

How is he changing his tone (e.g. high gain distortion to clean?). EDIT: never mind. @13:25 I see him changing it.
